While still a director at Microsoft Doron attended a seminar where Robert was a platform speaker, Doron approached Robert requested his Business Coaching services, it wasn't long after this that Doron shared with his coach his vision, having strong beliefs that Coaching should be available and affordable for all, Robert then shared with Doron his concern that the majority of coaches do not receive the income levels their profession should command.
