Interactive Coaching is different, after a short introductory period our Coaching Interactive Approved Coaches (CIAC) discover very quickly they have added a new skill set. Their coaching becomes intuitive and find they are able to read between the line of the communications with their clients. The clients are usually blown away by the replies sent by the coach because of this.
